Greater Syracuse Association of Evangelicals, GSAE

The Greater Syracuse Association of Evangelicals (GSAE) is the oldest evangelical organization in the Central New York area that exists to foster church and personal relationships across denominational lines. The GSAE was organized in 1974 and quickly affiliated with the National Association of Evangelicals with whom it has remained connected for over 30 years.

The stated purposes of GSAE are:

To unite publically across denominational and other lines. those who are solidly identified with historical, biblical Christianity;

To encourage our members to stand firm for the Gospel by a regular schedule of meetings which facilitate mutual nurture and challenge;

To publicize and sponser, when possible and appropriate, public expressions of our Lord's words and works, in joint evangelical witness to the larger community;

To promote Christian counseling services to the community and sponsor educational programs toward that end.

Membership is open to all who desire to share this fellowship and who subscribe to our brief statement of faith
